Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne
As a member of the Editorial Board of the Hamilton Spectator I get the opportunity to sit in on meetings with community organizations and various public personalities. Premier Kathleen Wynne was the latest visitor. I use such opportunities to draw more realistic pencil sketches to varying degrees of success and failure. Ms. Wynne told me her father very much enjoys seeing the different depictions of her and gets a chuckle from cartoons. Our meeting
coincided with a letter issued earlier in the day from her office warning PC leader Tim Hudak of a lawsuit over accusations that Ms. Wynne was involved in the recent controversy involving Dalton McGuinty’s chief of staff who is alleged to have deleted politically sensitive documents from computer hard drives.

If only we could pre-screen our Politicians to “prevent span and stupidity” before hand.
i.e. Deficits at all levels of government.
Note: A deficit concludes we can’t keep up with the interest let alone the debt. Some accomplishment they keep bragging about catching up to the “deficit”.
The Politicians must think the Plebeians are stupid. In my opinion, we the Plebeians should be angry, and instead of not voting, because of our disgust and feelings of despair with the electyoral system, we should all vote only for Independents. This would do away with the Political Parties who have accumulated these debts and deficits on our behalf.
As it is, Politicians make way too much money and enjoy far too many benefits and pensions way beyond what any working Plebeian could ever hope to achieve.
Footnote: “10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 2?, oops, 3, 2, 1, go”
How can Ontario expect to balance its books when our Leader, Ms. Wynne can’t count down from 1-10?
