For the Conservatives to regain momentum, they need to reassess their leadership style, embrace a strategy that attracts moderates by focusing on competence and policy over rhetoric, develop clear policy alternatives that resonate with voters beyond the base, and foster unity within the party by aligning leadership with a clear, centrist vision. The Conservative Party’s current plight is a direct result of the Liberals’ strategic adaptation under Carney. To remain competitive, the Conservatives must evolve beyond the tactics that were effective against Trudeau, embracing a broader, more inclusive approach that resonates with the diverse needs of Canadian voters.
